Terms & Conditions
Cancellation Policy
- Full Refund: Available if cancelled 30 days before your event.
- 20 to 29 Days Before: Cancellation incurs a penalty of ₱3,000.
- 10 to 19 Days Before: Cancellation incurs a penalty of ₱5,000.
- 2 to 9 Days Before: Cancellation incurs a penalty of ₱10,000.
- Less than 1 Week: Postponement is not allowed. Cancellation charges shall apply.
Resort Rules & Regulations
- Check-In / Check-Out: Regular check-in is 2:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 NN. No early check-in is allowed to ensure proper cleaning and disinfection.
- Noise Protocol: Strictly no loud noise and no loud music from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
- Event Guidelines: Events take place at the Function Hall (max 4 hours). Extensions require approval and incur extra charges. One event per booking (no multiple batches of guests allowed).
- Food & Beverages: Outside catering is not allowed inside the halls; please order from our restaurant. Outside food is only permitted in the cottages.
- Smoking Policy: No smoking inside bedrooms, living rooms, dining rooms, restaurant, villa, and function halls. Violators will be charged a ₱5,000 fine.
- Occupancy & Guest List: Strictly follow your chosen package's maximum occupancy. A guest list with contact details is required prior to the event (No guest list, no event, no refund).
- Damage Liability: Guests will be charged for any damaged items (microphones, TVs, remotes, appliances, keys, chairs, etc.).
- Safety & Security: Firearms and deadly weapons are strictly prohibited. Waitering service and lifeguards are available only until 10:00 PM. Foam parties are not allowed.
Pool Rules
- Pool usage and lifeguard on duty are only until 10:00 PM.
- Shower first before swimming. Proper swimming attire is strictly required.
- No drinking, eating, peeing, or spitting inside the pool. Jumping and diving are not allowed.
- Children must be accompanied and supervised at all times.
- Liability: The pool is used entirely at the customer's own risk. The resort is released from any claims regarding personal injury. In the event of heavy rain, pool use is discouraged.
Force Majeure & Electrical
- The resort is not liable for obligations prevented by force majeure, pandemic, lockdown, earthquakes, or adverse weather (full refund via check within 30 days if cancelled due to these).
- In case of a brown-out, a standby generator is available. If electrical problems persist beyond 1-2 hours, a refund or complimentary future event will be offered.
Compliance
By booking, you agree to inform all members of your group to abide by these rules. After a first warning, if the group continues to disobey rules or cause distress, damage, danger, or annoyance, management has full rights to terminate the event without a refund.
